Worm gear hard sealed butterfly valve is an industrial pipeline control equipment with a triple eccentric multi-level metal sealing structure as its core. It is mainly used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, and municipal construction fields with medium temperature ≤ 425 ºC, and has the function of regulating flow and cutting off fluids. The valve adopts a J-shaped elastic sealing ring and stainless steel sealing components with different hardness, which complies with the GB/T13927-92 valve pressure test standard and supports multiple driving modes such as worm gear, electric, and pneumatic.
Its core structure includes a butterfly plate sealing surface welded with cobalt based hard alloy, which achieves bidirectional sealing and reduces wear through a three eccentric design. The contact surface between the valve seat and the butterfly plate enhances sealing performance with increasing pressure. The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a frame structure to reduce flow resistance, with a nominal diameter coverage of 50-2000mm. It is suitable for media including water, air, natural gas, and weakly corrosive fluids. The components are made of WCB, stainless steel and other materials, meeting the working conditions of -40 ºC to 650 ºC. The flange standard follows GB9113-2000, and the structural length complies with GB12221-89 specification
